A standard 5-page brochure site usually lands in the 3–6 week range once content is ready and feedback is prompt.
More complex builds (larger sites, integrations, custom features) can take longer depending on scope and approvals.
Most small-business sites land in one of three options:
• Fresh Start Website – $3000 one-time (+$50/mo hosting).
• Pay As You Grow Website – $175/mo for 12 months (hosting + light edits + analytics).
• Web & Social Bundle – $5,000 one-time + $750/mo (bigger site, hosting/updates, and done-for-you social media).
Design and development of a custom 5-page site, hosting and SSL, plus small ongoing edits like photo swaps, holiday hours, and minor copy tweaks.
You also get a simple monthly analytics snapshot so you can see what pages are getting traffic and which actions people are taking. Blog setup is a $250 add-on if you want to publish articles.
After $3000 is paid in full, you own the site and can keep hosting with me or move it elsewhere.
Yes. Every build includes technical basics (fast load times, semantic HTML, clean URLs), local SEO foundations, and on-page best practices for your main pages.
The Web & Social Bundle also includes ongoing analytics and recommendations so you’re not guessing what’s working.
You send the best of whatever content and photos you already have; I shape the layout around it and edit for clarity and SEO.
If you need help from scratch, I can write copy for you and source stock imagery where needed. Final copy is always approved by you before launch.

The Pay As You Grow plan includes at least a simple analytics snapshot so you can see what’s happening on your site – things like traffic, page visits, and bounce rate.
With the Web & Social Bundle, I send a more in-depth monthly summary that focuses on what’s working, what’s underperforming, and concrete next steps – which pages or posts to improve, what to test next, and where to focus your content or effort. Snapshots go back 12 months maximum to see overall trends.
Yes. I regularly rebuild sites that started on GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, or DIY builders.
We keep what’s working, fix what isn’t, and preserve SEO by redirecting old URLs where needed.
For Fresh Start and Pay As You Grow builds, you get up to 5 rounds of edits during the build phase so we can dial it in without dragging things out forever.
After launch, routine tweaks are handled via your plan; bigger changes are quoted separately.
Ultimately, our goal is for you to be happy with what we deliever. We are flexible within the agreed scope to make sure that happens.
You always own your domain (it should stay in your name).
For Fresh Start, once the project is paid in full, you own the site and can host it wherever you like, though we hope you stick with us. For Pay As You Grow, ownership transfers once the full $3000 is paid. The Web & Social Bundle includes a larger custom build you also own once paid.
I may retain internal libraries/components I’ve built over time, but your site deliverable is yours to host anywhere.
I design with accessibility in mind: semantic HTML, sensible heading structure, color contrast, focus states, and reduced-motion considerations where appropriate.
All packages require 50% deposit, 50% at launch.
Fresh Start: $3000 for the build, then $50/mo hosting.

For Pay As You Grow, there’s a 12-month minimum. If you want to leave early and keep the site, you can pay the remaining balance of the $2,800 and take the site with you. If you leave without paying the remainder, the site is taken offline and you don’t retain rights to the code/design.
Yes. Pay As You Grow and the Web & Social Bundle both include ongoing support and routine updates.
Fresh Start builds can stay on hosting-only or we can switch to a monthly arrangement if you decide you’d rather not touch updates yourself.
